All you need to do is enter your gift card number & pin to find out your balance.

Do Funlab gift cards expire?They expire 36 months from the date of issue.

What can I use my gift card on?Activities! Food! Drinks! At any Australian Funlab venue!

How many gift cards can I use in a single booking?Whether you are booking online or via our phone teams, guests can only use a maximum of 3 unique gift cards per booking*.
*Applicable to both general activity bookings and function bookings.

How many times can I use my gift card?You can use your gift card in our venues however many times it takes until the balance reaches zero…

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?Treat these guys like cash. Unfortunately lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice?No. As gift cards do not incur tax, you will be provided with a receipt rather than a tax invoice after purchase.

How does my friend receive their gift card?We like to keep it online. We can either deliver it straight to their inbox if you have their email address, or we can email it to you and you can print it off for your pal.

Is my personal information protected?Sure is, cowboy. We use worldwide payment gateway Stripe and do not share your details with anyone.

Can I use my Gift Card for an online activity booking?Yes you can! Simply enter your gift card code during checkout, and the value of the gift card will be knocked off your total price.
If the price of your purchase is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for you to use at another time.

Can I use my Gift Card for an online party booking?Yes you can! Simply enter your gift card code during your party checkout!

Can I use my gift card for food & drink?You sure can! Funlab gift cards can be used over the bar at any of our venues (we recommend starting a bar tab!). However, they cannot be used on our Me&u system via the QR codes in-venue.
