When should we arrive for our group/event booking?

We require the kids to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the arranged start time to check the kids in and get them ready to go!

What size groups can you host?

We can host groups as small as the classroom or as large as the year level!

Where is the best place to organise drop offs/pick ups?

While most of our venues don't offer private parking, we would love to help you with the best parking locations for pick up and drop off. Please reach out and we'll point you in the right direction!

What is the best way to pay for my group booking/event?

For all bookings/events held Monday - Friday between opening and 3:30pm (booking activities only), we do not require upfront payment.

The venue will confirm your attendance on the day and our programs coordinator will send out an invoice after the event!

PLEASE NOTE: If you book activities with food, we will require a 50% deposit based on your maximum numbers, and will invoice the remaining amount after the event.

What is the student to supervisor ratio?

We will have one staff member there on the day to ensure your day will go smoothly. The amount of additional supervisors is at the discretion of the school/vacation care group.
