Can I bring my own food?

Our venue strictly allows no outside food with the exception of birthday cakes and lolly bags. Although, we do have catering options available for parents!

How can I book?

You can book online or if you would like a custom package you can talk to our functions team! They can also answer any additional questions you may have. Get in touch with them by calling 1300 888 386 or send an enquiry.

What does Circus Access mean?

Circus Access simply means unlimited play of our attractions and arcade games for the time allotted.

Unfortunately, this doesn't include redemptions (prize machines or accumulated redemption points).

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

We can accommodate most dietary requirements. Let our functions team know with enough notice, and they can go through the details with you!

What are the functions team's operating hours?

Our functions team is available Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 4:30pm.

What happens if we're late?

We'll do what we can and get you started as quickly as possible - but keep in mind that you'll still finish up at the scheduled end time.

We recommend aiming to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking start time.

Can we hire the venue out exclusively?

We can definitely host exclusive events at each of our venues!

Is there a minimum required number of guests?

Our minimum requirement of party guests is 10. We don't have a strict maximum, but please contact our functions team for parties of 20+ on 1300 888 386 or send an enquiry.

Can I get a refund for no-shows on the day?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds - but we can certainly compensate with some return passes for activities another time!

Can I reschedule or postpone my event?

You can - we just need at least 7 days' notice. Have a chat with our functions team 1300 888 386 or send an enquiry for further details.

Terms & Conditions

The boring but important stuff...

Minimum of 10 guests for all function packages. Drinks packages don’t include spirits. No minors are allowed in the venue after 8pm. All guests will need to have a valid form of ID from 8pm onwards.
